In 2015, we acquired the former aggregate-processing site on the western arm of Shoreham Harbour. It is part of Shoreham’s old commercial port and is a designated regeneration area. Accessed via the Brighton Road (A259) and overlooking the River Adur, the site benefits from being close to local amenities and public transport links.
We have received planning approval to develop quality new flats on the site, including 160 affordable homes, commercial spaces that will provide 200 new jobs, as well as amenities and facilities that will positively benefit Adur’s existing local community.
Planning consent for Free Wharf was received on January 22 2018.
